Keith Roy has dedicated his career to listening, advocating for consumers and working tirelessly to improve people’s lives in his community.
Keith was born and raised in British Columbia, growing up on the North Shore, Powell River and in Vancouver. He graduated from Vancouver College High School and has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Guelph in Ontario and a diploma in sales and marketing from the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
He has been a REALTOR and Team Leader with Macdonald Realty and RE/MAX in the Lower Mainland for 18 years. During this time, he has helped almost 2000 families buy and sell homes. He was the host of the UnReal Estate Show podcast which explored best practices to housing solutions around the globe and he sat on the Professional Conduct Committee of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver where he was a
strong advocate for increased realtor ethics, transparency, and oversight.
Keith also works as an expert court witness on matters relating to realtor ethics and practices and is a sought-after international keynote speaker and trainer in the real estate space and has delivered talks to thousands of people on 4 continents.
Keith served as the national spokesperson for the Monarchist League of Canada and was awarded the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal (2002), the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012) and the King Charles Coronation Pin for his outstanding community service.
Keith is a good listener, a strong communicator, and a tough negotiator. He will work tirelessly for the residents of West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea to Sky Country when he is your MP. He is running to bring common sense back to Canada so we can restore the opportunity that Canada used to offer for your family.
Keith and Stephanie live in Whistler with their 4-year old son, Kai.
